Treverton in his Traven bibliography says there is a 1938 Ediciones Insignia. Its easily found, but the cover view shows Editorial Cima. Translation (and Prologue according to one listing) by Pedro Geoffroy Rivas.
The only other book by Ediciones Insignia I found was also from 1938 a book titled La Insignia. It is a hopeful poem by Leon Felipe on the Spanish Civil War. The republic fell to Franco's army finally in March 1939. The endpaper notes that the edition was made at Talleres Graficos de la Nacion under the care of Geoffroy Rivas.
1938 xx
In 1940, almost the same cover, and new title page

CIMA means summit. The summit logo is introduced. I found 11 CIMA titles, one was 1939, the rest were 1940 and 1941. All had very similar covers, no mention of graphics at all, most were novels, literature, not many first rate titles (other than Traven). In general, Editorial Masas did a few high profile books, mostly pamphlets, not a lot of full length books. but some presitigious authors. CIMA did more books but never varied the format, some well known authors and some lessser known.
